Report a translation problem
Do this:
1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3. Click on the game.
4. Select "It's not in my library"
5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"
Click "It's not in my library', then "I still can't find this product", explain all the details and ask support to restore your prime.
On this page, you can also view your Prime receipt btw, just tell them that you want to restore your Prime.
JIC you haven't done this:
1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
