1. There was never and email for support.
2. The failed purchases never left your bank account, Valve never got anything at this time and every single one is just on a hold at your bank and will be released back to you in a few days.
3. There is no scamming going on. This is how payment processes work and your mother should know this.
I think the main reason why I was given this weird error is because of reason #2, but my money was gone as if the transactions have gone through despite me getting an error about mismatching billing addresses (I used the Steam Mobile app). It still seems shady to me.
How should I give my mom clarification?
