If so, I know the fix as it is due to a Windows update and SFC will not fix the issue.
As for the other errors, I solved this issue by changing Internet Time from time.windows to time.nist
Win key + R
Control Panel < Clock and Region < Date and Time < Internet Time < Change Settings
Please note: The errors will go away, but warnings will appear.
I need you to tell me if you see Bonjour Services "Running" in Task Manager < Services
This was my culprit and setting this service to "Manual" has solved all crashing. This service seems to be tied with Event ID 131, however.
That can mean multiple things.
1. Your PSU is overloaded or overheating. Or malfunctioning/dying
2. Your CPU or GPU are overheating so much that the mainboard turns off the PC to avoid hardware damage. But before that happens the hardware would downclock and you'd notice a severe performance impact.
If you do use Virtual Machines, SVT would need to be turned on. SMT has to do with Hyper-threading/Multi-threading.
Then I would check for any BIOS updates if you never updated it before, but never use Beta revisions and heed all warnings.
You can also check to make sure that you are using Maximum Power in Power Settings as by default desktops are set on Balanced Power which is not proper for gaming.
The DeviceSetupManager Task Scheduling is a more complex fix and one that would take too long to explain on the forums, but you can look into this yourself as the culprits for Events 200,201,202 are intertwined with Built-in Printer Protocols which have not updated/installed correctly and the fix is VERY COMPLEX.
I would also check RAM settings if you use XMP/DOCP as I found AMD can glitch timings on the XMP profiles and that fix is simply to re-flash the BIOS with the current stable revision.
I would suggest running SFC at this point if you do not feel safe messing with the Task Scheduler, I would run in the CMD Admin prompt: SFC /scannow and then run DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Then restart and check for errors. If warnings appear in place of errors, that is fine.
For me, it was Bonjour Services but this only appears when running different attached OS's, such as Apple or Android.
But there is more I can tell you, I just do not want to overwhelm you even more than I have already...
Hope this helps a bit.
Update:
Turned out to be a BIOS revision update issue. Updated to a proper BIOS seemingly fixed the issue as well as installing an updated AMD Chipset Driver on Ryzen 7 2600 CPU - MSI B450 Gaming Plus MB.
