Report a translation problem
The only thing you can do is to write down what mods you are using for a game and then redownload and install them again when you switch computers.
NEXUS at least has a pretty useful "dowload history" page for your account that shows when you downloaded a certain mod with date so that can help narrow down the mods you need to reinstall.
This is a gamble, still, since idk what game were u talking about, but you can try looking if the game has local save files (if the game has one). and before you open the game for the first time on a new computer, try to install the mod first, you might be lucky.
