My father has problems reaching the steam support

My dad's steam account got hacked around Christmas, he is really sad and can't really reach the steam support. I tried to help him getting his account back, we got a ticket number from the steam support and an answer but now when he should send them the documents to prove that it is his own account there is always written "this service is currently unavailable (20)" and he can't send the documents and get this account back at the moment. I just read that some people had that problem over weeks or so and I am worried, he really loves his account and his games :(

This doesn't work
He got this support ticket and tries to send the proof of ownership via message that it always said "this requested service is currently unavailable (20)" and he tries it everyday a few times and it shows this message everytime! He doesn't know what else he could do :(

What "message"? The only way to reach Steam Support is via the Ticket System. You can't message them directly.

btw, your dads account didnt get "hacked", it got phished and hijacked... he either uses scam skin gambling sites, or got lured into clicking a phishing link and then account got hijacked.

Try again later. The requested service being CURRENTLY unavailable means it's unavailable at this moment in time, not for the rest of time.

He tried since a few days now, a few times everyday and it is saying "the requested service is currently unavailable" everytime he tries.. And yeah it is the support ticket where he tries to send the message..

Try from a different browser or better, another computer. It's possible the PC of your father is compromised.
