do you guys know how to fix this?

i'm playing farlight 84 and when i'm in game after 3 mins, the game exit at poped out this:

Abnormal gaming environment detected (A0-0012-0103). Please check as the following steps:
1. Restart the game.
2. Check the game integrity or repair Easy Anti-Cheat.
3. Try installing and logging into the game on a new device.

and got back to the lobby

I had the exact same issue here's what I did to make it work : I downloaded the Revo uninstaller, (it's a free Sofware that makes sure there's no trace of uninstalled programs) I used it to remove Easy Anti Cheat( the one in C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat_EOS, it found a lot of remaining files that needed to be deleted, after that I deleted easy anti cheat from Farlight folder and did a (installed filed check from steam) and it fixed the problem... I had to create a desktop shortcut for EasyAntiCheat_EOS for the Revo installer to find the program by using hunter mode and clicking on the shortcut.

BiggestFactor thank you SO MUCH for your fix for this problem. I was randomly getting this error for literally no reason and was worried I would eventually get banned. I did exactly what you said to do (although I had to remove an additional easyanticheat folder in program files using the same method with the hunter mode). I haven't got the error since.

I hate to say it, but it's really sad that this is the state of the customer support for this game. The only way I could fix this was to search through dozens of online reports of this error happening with no solution in sight. The actual game itself just tells you to reverify easy anticheats files, but if you use the supplied easy anticheat exe files they don't do anything! Even if you go to easy anticheats website it doesn't help you.

You welcome, I have an update, the problem returned for me and additionally I notice that other games were giving me error messages as well when the problem was showing up, the error was deferent for every game, one game was not even able to start. My point Is : simply rebooting my router fixes everything and that's what I do now when the problem returns.

I had this happen long ago and the fix is simply to reinstall the stupid anti-cheat software.

how do you do that ? i deleted it but tower of fantasy didn't reinstallit

Getting kicked off the matches now for this.
They can only disturb legit players while cheaters continue to dominate unbothered.

EAC is a scam, i don't know why publishers use it.
