DO NOT USE - Hearts of Iron IV: Cadet Edition Post-Release

I have a strange DO NOT USE comments for my license and when run my HoI4 I cannot play as there's a strange icons on the army selected ... what's wrong? I cannot either buy a new HoI4 as it stated that I have already in my library but cannot play. How I can fix that?

The name of the license is immaterial.

You have the game. You can launch the game. You can play the game. The only problem you have is something in the game. That's why you ask about those problems in the game's forums. Support won't help you with that.

I got mine through Humble Bundle back in 2018. It's just a name that the publisher gave that key's package probably as a reminder to others on the publisher team not to use that package anymore. They changed the name 4 months ago: https://steamdb.info/sub/106443/history/
