Retrieving my friend`s account.

3 months ago, my friend lent me his account because he was busy, then I tried to install Steam Guard, but he forgot the email and cellphone number. is there any way to open it? I have sent a message to steam support but it doesn't help because they say there is still verification (Providing Prof of Ownership) in case he doesn't remember when he bought CSGO. plsss plsss plsssss guys help me, I've been overthinking this for weeks on how to open you. I have details or I have an estimate of what time I was last online and what was the last item/case that was dropped in the account.

Steam support will not help you as you are not the owner of the account. Only your "friend" can recover the account. Your friend is breaking steams TOS but letting you use his account.

No one here can help you further as we are all users ourselves and can't do nothing with other users account recovery. Neither can you since it's not your account.

This is a user forum so there's no Steam support to appeal to here.

Apart from that 'borrowing' somebody's account is against Steam's ToS, so support will not help you do anything with it.

You've got to see how suss this all sounds which is why they want proof of ownership, without it they could be handing the account to somebody who doesn't own it and that person then steals the items belonging to it.

Account sharing is against the Steam SSA.

Only your "friend" can recover the account as he is the owner, show him this link.

Admitting to account sharing, which is a severe violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, punishable by permanent account suspension or even termination, was not the smartest idea you had this year.

It's not your account so there's nothing you can do. Your 'friend' can try and recover the account and that's about it. You certainly ain't getting your hands on it.
