GIFT games not working

I cant gift game to my brother using steam wallet becuz the unexpected error keep showing up.How can i fix this?help me

Hello,

We have detected gifting activity on this account that matches using individual Steam accounts for commercial purposes.

Because of this, your account can no longer make gift purchases with Wallet funds. You are, however, welcome to continue purchasing gifts with other payment methods, and to use your Wallet funds toward making purchases for your own account.

Please note, that if you are using your Steam account for commercial purposes it's a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and may result in the account being locked.

Basically Steam does not like it if you use wallet funds for gifting games.
Wallet funds are supposed to be only for the account they are on, thats one of the reasons you cant transfer them between accounts.
Buying games with wallet funds and sending them to other accounts seems suspect to Steam and appears as if you try to move wallet funds between accounts that way.
Or that you are selling Steam gifts for real money ( buyer account gives you money in real life, you send them the gift you bought with wallet funds).
That why gifting with wallet funds usually leads to this error.
Buy gifts with external payment methods like PayPal , credit card, bank transfer and so on and you wont have any problem.

Steam has really began cracking down on this restriction the past year or so.

i mean i can gift 1.79 usd game but cant gift 48 usd game.

Gift using non-wallet funds. If you insist on using wallet cards, gift the card directly.
