Can someone tell me, how i can find a old Steam Id ?

Hello Guys,

I just played 1 year ago with a other account counter strike 1.6
I just find a istagram message where i write my old Steam ID a friend.
When you write in console "status" this was shown to me :

"RhyL" 4901 STEAM_0:4:766050802 0 00:08 47 0

How can i find this Profil now ?

That is Steam2 ID but when I look for it gives nothing (Provided SteamID is invalid)
I changed that STEAM_0:4 to STEAM_1:0 and its give a profile with Chinese nickname
