Recording Desktop sounds with Audacity on Steam Deck

I've been using AUDACITY to record Desktop sounds on my Steam Deck for months, but it suddenly stopped working. I can playback music but not record sounds anymore.
So far I was using JACK as Host, recording from Headphones (ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor Headphones).
I've tried to change the Audio Setup / Recording Device in Audacity (Including ALSA) as well as the Audio - System Settings on the Deck without success.
