Certain games suddenly freeze and cause Steam and other apps close

Hello.

Recently I been having issues with certain games. (Most notably Devil May Cry 5 and Lies of P on this platform and sometimes Sea of thieves both on Steam and Game pass) Where they'll randomly freeze for a moment and close without an error. It'll also cause Steam and a couple other programs to close and unable to be reopened til I restart the PC, giving me the error "This application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000006" (Update upon checking event logger it also mentions an error 0xc0000005 on the application, I done a memory diagnostic check and it came back clean along with checking the health of my ssds, defragged and optimized them.)

I've tried several things already to attempt to fix this, such as verifying the game files, reinstalling Steam and the games using the Command Prompt to run a sfc scan and DSIM Restore Health and making sure Windows and drivers are up to date.

Sometimes the issue will stop on certain games (Payday 3 had it happen once or twice then stopped, same with Sea of Thieves. But Lies of P and DMC 5 seem to be persistent with it.)
