Can't purchase anything using pre-paid card.
I've just activated a fresh pre-paid PERX card with a 100 euro balance. I've ensured it's activated, I've made sure the pre-paid balance is correct. Now I'm trying to purchase BG3, but the card keeps declining because the "credit card information has been declined by your credit card company." I've triple-checked that I've input all information correctly. Does anyone know what's going on? Do I have to dispute this with PERX themselves, or is this a Steam issue?

My prepaid gift card is not working with Steam. Why?
Most gift cards require that you register them on the gift card issuer's website before they can be used for online purchases. Information regarding this process can usually be found through a web address that is printed on the back of the card itself.

If you have not registered your gift card before attempting a purchase, it's likely that the issuer has put a hold on the card for the failed purchase amount. This hold will be removed per the card issuer's policy, which may take up to 10 business days.

I have already registered the card on the card's issuer site. It is being shown as Active on my account on the issuer site.

Did you sign up for the 2FA on the card to be able to use it online?
