Good day

i buy gift card for 40usd on G2A and give it key one my friend but she say then it is expire or already used and idk how know if she lie or if it is true i need help please

the site you used is a grey market. if you have a problem with anything purchased from that site, you have to deal with that sites support.

grey market sites are USE AT OWN RISK, you get scammed, that is between you and them. steam does not get involved. they will not assist in recovery of lost funds/items nor provide you with any information.

You got scammed by a well known website for their scamming antics.

Do a chargeback as that is a known scam site and is filtered in both the thread title and op.

Secondly use IsThereAnyDeal. On the right hand side you will find a list of authorised sellers of keys etc.

As for your friend you have to trust they are telling the truth or choose not to.
