Steam Verify Integrity of Game Files Not Working
So I installed mods to Geometry Dash (aka a mod menu + texture pack) and I am trying to remove it.

GD 2.2 Just came out and my mods aren't compatible so I am trying to reset the game and I don't have the original files.

It didn't work and the game won't start. I have no idea why it wont properly verify the files, but it says it successfully verified them and, while checking the files, it wasn't different.

I could, but I would have to figure out what files are mods and which ones are game files which I decided would take a while, and I could accidentally delete a game file when I think its a mod.

Guess what the verification is for :steamfacepalm:

Wait, I'll tell you before this takes even longer: Just remove ALL the files from the folder, then run the verification. That way you get rid of the mod files and the process will download the ones you need.

i will try this, even if it does take longer. it would be easier.

Hey, I did what you suggested, but it didn‘t work for me, do you have any ideas?
