_CommonRedist files like directx, openAL, etc are empty?

I was trying to play some warzone 2 when it got an update, when it finished updating i try to log in and it just give an error saying "DirectX Encountered and uncoverable error" so i verify my files and try to launch it again and the same thing happened so i decided to check the _CommonRedist folder and checked all of them.
All of them were empty except vcredist, anyone know how to fix??
