Purchase Modal Empty

Unable to purchase anything. The cart loads just fine, but when you click "purchase for myself" Steam client loads an empty page. Already gone through every trouble shooting step provided in the help articles to no avail. All help links just route you into a circle so you can not request intervention. Really irritating. This isn't the first time no one answers requests for help.

Getting the same problem. Clearing the cache made it so the same thing happens in the store. Can't even look for new games now. Commenting to push this up further.

I cleared cache as a matter of course - now I am unable to even look at the game list as well.

I am indeed using family share, but I've already typed in the code to disable it.

Out of desperation I used the URI for the purchase modal from the client and navigated to it using Chrome. The Web Browser brought up the purchase modal to process payments. So this is something to do with their most recent client update. Hopefully the same trick may work for you as well.

i had the same issue and even though i was disabling FS it didn't work- had to raise a ticket with Steam Support as FS settings are blank as well and they disabled and can now purchase via client (although cannot use FS).

Disabling Family View and revoking all Family Sharing worked for me. Now I can finally get to the checkout page.
