I brought steam cards on recharge and they don't work they say to contact steam support but I can't find what I need

What is the error message that Steam gives you when you try to redeem a Steam wallet card?

Then Steam Support can not and will not assist you. This is a problem between you and that store that scammed you by selling you used goods. Get your money back and buy from authorized and reputable sellers.

Yep, the seller was not legitimate.

Only buy physical Steam Wallet cards in person on retail, order them on authorized stores such as Amazon or top up using Steam directly.

Unfortunately the person/site who sold them have scammed you by reselling used cards. Try and get your money back from them and in future only use safe entities such as recognised high street retailers

Of course they did. They are playing you to waste time.
That way a chargeback is less likely and they keep the money they scammed from you.

You may have been lucky the first few times until you got burned.

Perform a chargeback if they refuse to refund you and cease using them. Be firm about it, don't get stringed along.

If it looks cheap it'll be something you will pay the price twice for eventually.
