DitectX 12 issue?

On my old computer the game worked fine, but since getting an Alienware gaming system it no longer loads. The only difference i can see is that on my old system I was using DirectX 11. Does DDDo support DirectX 12?

Most games dont so just set it to use directx 11.
This game uses directx 9c

this is pretty old suggest you try and run it in compatibility mode for windows 7

By the way your current OS will also have DX11 available to it, having DX12 doesn't mean all games use it, they have to be written to do so.

OP judging from your post you must had gotten the device recently, do these things.

- Do windows update fully.

- Makes sure to install all drivers that pop up from steam, if you somehow didn't install drivers you needed to running the game, head to steam > Steamapp > common > Steam works > and you're looking for directx folder you want to run the .exe for it to installing your direct x 9.
