If you were really serious about doing that, your attorney would have no issue contacting them. No need to ask here.

If you've got a real legal issue, then you should get a real lawyer to handle this sort of thing. You're gonna have to get used to the idea there's processes and procedures and they probably don't involve you getting someone's email or phone number and arguing with them over your opinion of the law. It would be a huge waste of time, and a pretty good reason why there isn't just some contact information laying around so every other user with pseudo-legal issues can entertain themselves.

First step is always a consumer complaint. (Australia)

roger,

I did find specific mentions of it in the SSA btw. I suppose that make sense too. If you have real legal issues, you should check the legal documents you agreed to for how to manage things like disputes.

I'm not sure how it is in Australia, but you realize that if you file a lawsuit against someone, the venue is the defendant's location, which would mean going to court in the US, specifically Washington state.

May want to think before you commit to that.

I found the same but thought it was only for arbitration, which is not applicable for me, being in Australia.

the first thing you should do is check with an actual lawyer to see if you even have a case and where you need to file it if you do have a case. since you havent stated what the issue is, its going to be hard for anyone to provide any real guidance beyond where to find valve's legal contact.

depending on what the complaint is, valve many not be the one you should be filing against.

Do lawyers in Australia take Pro Bono cases?
