Not exactly hard to find.
If you've got a real legal issue, then you should get a real lawyer to handle this sort of thing. You're gonna have to get used to the idea there's processes and procedures and they probably don't involve you getting someone's email or phone number and arguing with them over your opinion of the law. It would be a huge waste of time, and a pretty good reason why there isn't just some contact information laying around so every other user with pseudo-legal issues can entertain themselves.

I did find specific mentions of it in the SSA btw. I suppose that make sense too. If you have real legal issues, you should check the legal documents you agreed to for how to manage things like disputes.
May want to think before you commit to that.
I found the same but thought it was only for arbitration, which is not applicable for me, being in Australia.
