How do I add a profile showcase?

I've gone to the "edit profile" option on my profile page, but the only options it gives me are:

General;
Avatar;
Profile Background;
Mini Profile;
Theme;
Featured Badge;
Favorite Group;
and Privacy Settings.

Then the Steam Points shop underneath.

How do I add a showcase, or whatever you call one of those windows, to my profile page?

You must first level up to level 10 to use a showcase. Every ten levels, you can add one more.

You can purchase additional showcases from the points shop that will bypass the level restriction for those purchased showcases.

All that^ provided you have the items to showcase as well.

I am not level 10 and i bought a showcase and you said it would bypass the level ristriction nut i have not got the option to put it up, do you know anything about what is happening

The initial level restriction is the only one that can not be bypassed.
