Microphone + Headset problems when choosing devices as Microphone
Hi,
I wanted to ask if there are any solution to give to my problem:
I have Logitech X2 Pro Wireless, recently bought it, and then I noticed that I have not set the X2 Pro Microphone as the output device for In-Game Voice. Every time I set X2 Pro Microphone as the default setting in In-Game Voice, my headphone sound changed, it became dull and sounds like there's water in my headphone. This occurs every time I set my Microphone Default Device to X2 Pro's microphone, in In-Game Voice. Aside of that, the microphone works perfectly fine + there are no sound issue outside of the game (In various different applications), even in Steam Voice Chat it does not changes my headphone sound.

Can anyone help? BTW I am not using the Lightspeed receiver, I am using X2 Pro via Bluetooth

To be honest, the cause of this issue is probably the fact that you are using them through Bluetooth.

It's probably running out of bandwidth so the audio that you are hearing gets more compressed, thus leading to lower audio quality.

Try it with the Lightspeed receiver.

( If I remember correctly the receiver has much higher bandwidth, and in general I do believe those headphones have been designed around the use of the receiver when playing games)
