Keyboard + Gaming Issue-jump+move forward

I use my number pad for movement, have for years lets just say im left handed, so my "NUMB 8" Is bound to move forward and "NUMB Enter" is bound to jump. this is true through out ALL of my games, starting a few weeks ago I can no longer push forward and jump at the same time. And this is happening on all my games not just one and not just steam. so any movement that requires moving forward and jumping at the same time isnt working right [aka] hurdling a wall or jumping a gap

I can Jump in place with "numb enter" with out pushing forward.
I can rebind the "jump key" and it works fine using "numb8"
I can rebind the move forward key and it works using "numb enter" .
so i deduced its not the keyboard,have not tried another keyboard at this time.[plan to]

So the problem is driving me nuts because I have to rebind the jump key on all my games and this is an issue because I have been using the setup for like 20 years ;/ and im sure some of you understand by changing the jump key.... it throws off my response time and gaming quite a bit as i instinctively hit the numb enter to jump its like trying to wright with your left hand if your a righty ;/

only thing i can think of this might have started last windows update
could also be the keyboard.....going to get a new one.
but since changing the keys works both ways, I dont think thats the issue...
hopping someone out there also uses a left handed setup :)
aka mouse is in the left hand and movement is the numbpad :)
