LINK steam to EA

i just bought game “it takes two” to play this game i need to link my steam acc to EA, but when i try to link my acc , EA said that my steam acc was already linked with 1 EA acc that i dont even know the email , cause this is mu first time i played the games that connect to EA , please help sir 😩

Well there's two options,

You have an EA account your forgot about because memory is a fickle thing.
Or you got your Steam account hijacked at some point, and the hijacker linked an EA account your Steam account.

If the first, then you'll have to start wracking your brain to remember what that old account could be. And work with EA support to recover it.

Or you'll have to work with EA support to see about unlinking the existing account. However the big issue is EA, as far as I know, hasn't been keen on modifying accounts you don't control, which is what unlinking would do.

Either way it's a good lesson about managing your accounts in a proper password manager. Or it's a lesson about keeping your account secure.

Valve can't help you. The linking isn't done or managed on Valve's side. Valve can't manage EA accounts. Nor will they make EA do something on your behalf. Your only option is to work with EA support.

Get yourself a new password .That is when the input page comes up for name and password,there's usually"Forget password" or some such thing.Input"forgot password" and get a new one.Either before you've done this,or after,download the EA app so its always there for you.Good luck.
