Copied Over Steam.exe to a game folder to fix an issue, now I cant delete the folder or rename it
Any help in deleting the folder or even renaming it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You should NEVER copy your exe.file over anywhere. The best you can do now is uninstall your Steam completely and start fresh to a new folder of your choosing that you will never move again.(that means uninstalling all your games and re downloading them, unless you've made a back up file).Pain in the butt i know but naughty you for doing what you shouldn't have.

I would try restarting the PC (before going full shotgun approach the above post suggests). If you're not sure what process is holding onto a file or folder preventing it from being renamed, moved or deleted, you can spend a lot of time fighting with the system to get control. But a lot of times restarting will end the offending process, and it won't automatically resume on restart.

If it does, try disabling all startup items and restart again.

Resolved! Did as nullable suggested and went straight away, thank you for your help and I will make sure never to do as I did again. Have a good evening.
