Hey, so I got this amazing game from the Epic Game Store. But it's also available on Steam. I was asking if anyway we review such a game bc I couldn't find a button to send one

Easy. You buy it HERE. That's it. There is no "right" to review a product you bought elsewhere.

You only can review games on Steam you also own on Steam. Its that simple.

Although, please note, this is undoubtedly so not to spite you, but just imagine how bad review bombing would, could and in some gamer-issue-of-the-week cases definitely will get if literally everyone with a Steam account can leave a review.

You just have to look at user reviews on Metacritic to see that.
Dont need any evidence you even own the game to write a review.
Terrible idea.

As others said, in order to make a review for the game you need to own it on Steam.

Example would be metacritic where someone went out of their way to prove how anyone can flip a high rated review game to the lowest score all on their own if they really wanted, since it was all free, and don't need to prove to owning a game, of course metacritic try to fix the issue, but still it not as simple as it was before. That why it seems better idea on Steam due to needing own the game in the first place. Games can still get review bomb, but you know it by actual real user numbers for paid games, and are not bots since it be too costly to do such a thing if someone had to buy copy for each account, compare to metacritic that anyone can make multiple accounts since it all free, and open to anyone that you don't need to own the game.

Now back in 2019 Epic considers reviews from user base as a problem, or toxic that why they just push it all off to metacritic, and such if user want to do a review, so doesn't reflect on Epic at all since it only shows critics review. All you can do on Epic is give star rating, and that it.

So take it as you will, if really want to make a review for it on Steam you can wait for game to go on sale, or check isthereanydeal.com to get a steam key of the game. Otherwise you can make a review on metacritic if you want, and just add it to your profile.
