how to stop someone from following you?

I noticed on my workshop it says i have two followers, yet theres no way to view who it is or prevent them from following me? I play a game on here and people use your steam profile to track you and see when your online. i want to delete people following me, how?

If you don't want to be known just set your profile private and nobody from the public can view your activities. Just keep it discreet and private. Set it that way from the public so nobody can follow you. In fact you might wanna unfollow something in workshop too. It could be just a group thing.

ok, my profile is set to private but its still showing i have two followers. Will they be able to see my current steam profile name? the thing is, the game i play if someone can always see what my steam name is changed to thats a big problem. i need to know that if people are following me can they see my steam name every time i change it?
