New PS4 keeps giving same error code (CE-34878-0)

Hello all

I have got this code keep coming up when I play either Mad Max or Batman AK, have disconnected it fron the network as suggested by one post on a forum, but it still keeps happening, am in the middle of initialising it now as suggested. Has this worked for anybody or do you still have the same problem happening after it has been done.
