Adding less than 5€

I have a serious problem, i have 3,82€ in my Steam Wallet and 4,27€ in PaySafeCard, but i wanna buy PayDay2 that is 5€.
How can i add the PaySafeCard money to my wallet?

Can't as far as I know. There are only fixed ammounts you can add. I might be wrong though.

The minimum is 5€. Valve set this amount due to the fees involved in such transactions.

You can buy the game using the steam wallet money as a payment first, and then when prompted, select paysafecard as a secondary payment.
You can do this by going to buy the game directly, without adding funds.

No. Purchasing in game stuff is taken from the Steam Wallet.
