but you can untick the remember password button so each user will need to re-enter the password to log into steam
some game saves will be shared, that use games install folder to save
others that use windows registry, or user files to save will not be shared
i think i fixed it now, i reinstalled steam on a privated folder blocked acess from either account to the majority of files each others files (ex,i can only use mine and vice versa) deleteed the appdata of steam on the original account etc and made a back up for my own %appdata%, now none of the game are showing up except the ones i redownloaded while the other account has all of its orginal games.
All u need is a separate folder for each user's Steam and a copy of a Steam.exe put into these folders. Then for each OS User, having a Steam.exe shortcut on their Desktop that corresponds to their user's steam folder. Quite simple actually and this is the best way to ensure no accounts ever share any files. Shared system then u should never use remember me logins; even with pw protected OS users being separate.
Most games already put saved game files into just the active users My Documents area; so even when u share the Steam Client and just change users at Steam login; your saves should be all separate and never shared.
Now for Uplay; this one is fine to just have one install instance for all your OS users to use; again, simply do not tick remember login. As for saved games, they typically will go here for Uplay > C:\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames < but u will notice it makes a sub-folder that is unique to each user login; so you will not be sharing save data with Uplay stuff. Now for games like TheDivision or TheCrew, these Uplay games will use the local user's My Documents folder for any save data for these games in particular; again, simply changing OS user account will help ensure no save data is shared.
