Also, limited account users cannot trade but you are not a limited account user which is why you can trade.
So, is it basically like:
Owner traded the items, he doesn't have it anymore.
Steam guard holds it for a period of time.
Items will appear in my inventory after that period?
Yes I'm a limited user, I can't sent offer but I can receive one.
You are not a limited user. I think you mean you have a trade restriction/ban which goes away after the duration that it is given (you can check the date via your market page). You will be able to send offers after that time period. There is no such thing as you not being able to send an offer but you being able to receive one. People can't send you offers until after your ban is lifted.
What I am guessing (purely a guess) happened is you started a trade during which course you ended up with a trade restriction because you used a new device or maybe cleared your cache etc.. they trade stayed viewable on your screen but was not completed because you were now restricted. The trader you traded with now traded the items with someone else since the trade with you was not taking place.
By limited user I mean I never purchase on steam, I don't have to access to certain features of Steam(initiate a trade, send friend request and so on). Accepting a trade offer isn't among the restrictions I'm having. I never get a ban either.
During the trade I never switch device or clear my browser cache. The trade took place in-game, via game overlay.
You mean the trader traded the items to someone else? I'm not sure if that happens but the chances are small.
It's a frequent issue when someone is tradng multiple items with lots of different people at once. You didn't lose anything either since the trade didn't go through. Ask the person you traded with and they'll probably tell you they traded that item to someone else. It won't just get lost in the system, it'll be in somebody's inventory.

P/s: Regarding my Steam level, it was a glitch.
It happened when the "limited user" bug occurs, was somehow granted features I shouldn't getting at all, gets normal after a few hours.
EDIT: This also applies to the other end, if he lacks an item or more the trade will be automatically canceled.
Also, if you get rid of an item ingame and still see the trade offer up, that's because you hadn't synced your game. To sync it, simply quit the game shortly and the trade offer will update, and if you don't sync and you got rid of an item and accept the trade, it will just be an error.

I sent out a gut knife marble 2 keys, and an m4 daybreak for some guys flip Doppler. Later on I checked my inv and my items were gone, and I checked his inv and they were there. I checked my sent trade offers and the trade was accepted with the same error. I'd appreciate any help
