But i've been reading some forums and even pc's/laptops that are below minimun required aspects can run it smoothly

Even the min specs won't run it smoothly, That's why they're minimum specs.

Then stop asking in this forum and just buy the game. If you dont like the answer, dont ask the question.

You have 2 hours to try the game. If it does not run well just refund it. Of course that only counts if you buy here on the Steam Store.
