I contacted the website I bought it from and steam support. Nothing from Steam yet but the website want a whole host of screen shots of variance things before they send me another key.
We apologize for the inconvenience. In order get new serial code, we need the following screen shots from you: library, transactions history, inventory, account details (license and subscriptions) trading history and the error message. Please also message the Steam Support and ask when the key was used. Send us a screenshot of their answer.
Call me skeptical but it just seems like an awful lot just to get another key.
Well they don't want to have to give you another key. Also since you didn't get a screen shot of the error message that only pops up once they will probably just refuse to give you a key.
In the future don't purchase from Grey Market sellers.
