NBA2k16 WONT START

Someone could just help me becasue my nba2k16 wont work ..
When i launch my game, it just pop out (An Unknown Error on Launching NBA2k16)
Please someone could just help me..
i have tried all best to open it but i COULDN'T ..

You did read the system requirements that clearly state a 64Bit Windows is required, right? Right?

As long as it's Windows 7, 8 or 10, yes. The key is valid for 32 and 64Bit versions of your Windows. Requires a reinstall of Windows though.
But i have my doubts that your hardware meets the requirements either if you are still running a 32Bit Windows. What are your system specs?

Windows 10-Home and its only 32 bit

My requirements all suitable for NBA2k16 installations, except the widnwos operating system, it is only 32-bit

And no, a reinstall is required. There is no way to turn a 32Bit Windows into a 64Bit Windows.
