The long answer is, there may be edge cases, or specific examples where you can. In general though when you buy a game through a launcher, the data is largely tied to that launcher in a number of ways.
Although it may be possible to save your self some bandwidth if the launcher can identify pre-existing files and is smart enough to fill in the gaps and there aren't unexpected differences and you can manage and adjust controllable differences. But that gets pretty hair pretty fast and is bound to be more error prone than you'd like.
Unless you can find a guide how to accomplish what you want and figure out how to do it all in less than ten hours you're going to probably be better off just redownloading the game from blizzard.
