Assassins Creed Valhalla pure of heart achievement

Hello I'm looking for some help or some tips I'm playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla I am trying to get the pure of heart achievement and I've done the run a lot of times I haven't used the elk shrines at all the only thing that I've used are the drinks from the table that you choose one of the three drinks in either you get poison or you get something good and I've only purchased elk antlers or health upgrades from the merchant I haven't used any of the elk statues to heal and I defeated nidhogg and I still haven't gotten the achievement I don't know what I'm doing wrong I don't have any favors equipped the only thing that I have is I'm wearing the Dwarven Defender armor if anyone has any tips or can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong I'd greatly appreciate it thank you
