Create a game and sell it on Steam, now you can start creating stuff for the pointshop.

You have to sell a game on the platform to be able to add point shop items. Normal users cannot add stuff to it.

The only ones created by "normal" people are the ones Valve commissioned to make, like Waneella did for multiple items.

wow, im shocked. there is so many low quality things... and its done by game devs... wow... and a lot of AAA games dont have any single thing to buy - weird. steam is weird.
