how do I find out up to what number of discounts on GTA v? the game is sold as a set, so I can't look.

Until the publisher changes them. Discounts on bundles do not expire at set dates. They are not the same as a sale. It's like going to a store that will sell you one item for $3 each, but if you buy more than one they will discount the total like $5 for 2.
