Hijacked Son's Account
We are in the UK - So my son's Steam account has been hijacked, the hacker has changed the email address and password so we can not recover it.

I have tried to verify the card used to make the purchases, but the checker returns Verification Failed. The card details are correct so I'm not sure what the issue is there. The card is in date. My son is obviously very upset having lost this account, and we are trying to scour forums and message boards, but as we all know there is no way to contact Steam directly. Is there any additional help that people can offer.

Make sure you are signed out of all accounts and follow the guide.
