i paid 10 with my cashapp card and i wanna know how to get it back because it did not go through but my card is pending 10 dollars still

If the transaction on Steam's side failed, you'll just have to wait for cashapp to resolve the failure on their end. IE you'll have to be patient. Transactions aren't always instantaneous.
