Only forward UDP ports, not TCP. Otherwise, you'll break the IP address heartbeat check by erroneously reporting the internal LAN IPv4 address.

Try regenerating your token:
If you receive the error "Could not establish connection to Steam servers." with a result number of 18 or 106, you need to go here and either regenerate your token, or create a new one and replace it in your sv_setsteamaccount startup parameter

The app id for CS:S is 240.

Bruh i forgot to renew it bruh. i mean i didnt ttouch in a while so that explains it. Its kinda odd since my tf2 server has also a expired token but still runs without error.

Thanks for the help!

EDIT: I use the pterodayctyl panel but in the egg for TF2 there the steam server token in the start config but no actual option for it. so the entire time i didnt have a token wich explaisn why i would worked even with a expired token.

Old thread but does this really happen?
I find it weird if so, because TCP is required for RCON (which I personally disabled along with TCP 27015, and use sourcemod for it, but still). The srcds wiki page lists 27015 over TCP as well due to RCON.

Unless it's only an issue for people behind NAT like me, but then should everyone behind NAT disable RCON too?

This thread was quite old before the recent posts, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
