Hatred is a solid but simple isometric shooter.
Nothing else.

The already mentioned Postal games are pretty hard on the NPCs. :-)

If you just want to let loose and kill and have fun Bulletstorm is a shooter where you are always trying to kill in different kind of ways.

But to be honest, I am pretty thankful that there are NO games out there where you can do what you described above.
