All I get is bot responses to tickets.
They're not actually from bots, but support uses pre-written responses to common questions.
If you post what your problem is, then maybe someone here can help you find the best way to contact support.
I'm not interested in bot responses by an automated system. It's clear no one reads tickets anymore.
My problem is that I want to know how to talk to a real person, as the title clearly says.
When the response has literally nothing to do with the ticket, it's a bot. Or a person with the reading comprehension skills of one, which is just as worthless.
Also if you have a game hub ban, Steam support will tell you to respond to the ban message as many game hubs use separate moderation from Steam.
I have, and got a response back that had nothing to do with the ticket.
What's the issue you want to contact Steam Support for? People might be able to direct you in a proper direction.
I'm not here to ask for your opinion. I just want to know if it's possible to talk to an actual person at Steam in some way.
My issue is none of your concern.
As said, if you present your issue, people can help you find the proper ticket route.
I'm not interested in your opinions. It was a very simple question. If you don't know, just say so.

sometimes mistakes are made when selecting the correct response, sometimes the problem is the person submitting the ticket has provided information that has nothing to do with what they need help thus causing confusion. keep your ticket simple and to the point.
My ticket had 5 words, but I guess that's just too confusing and easy to misunderstand.
You're right, I'll try 3 words next time.
