reinstalled steam and not its making me repurchase all my old games

halo infinite destroyed my steam app by getting stuck installing an update for hours so i reinstalled steam and every game i had aver purchased was gone and it says i have no purchase history even though i have receipts for the games. please help

Very likely you are logged in to the wrong account.

Did you have to search for your account by entering your email address after the reinstall?
If you have several accounts with the same email address, you might have found the wrong one.

i figured this was the problem but nothing i do will log me into the other account. ive tried every single password ive ever used and password recovery just brings me right back to this one
