Ea account forgotten

Does anyone know how to recover an email account I used before to link my apex legend account? I completely forgotten the email,password, and username but my apex legend account is also associated with steam??? Or does anyone know how to check this by unmasking asterisk? sm*****@gmail.com

Is there any other way I could do??? I mean they want email inorder for them to get the account unlink
