The item is either marked as hidden or you do not have permission to view it ERROR.
One of my workshop items is throwing this error all the sudden. I upload new content to this item each week and this week I cannot access the iitem due to this error on the client side in browser or Steam App.

The item is marked "0" for public in the metadata file.

Closed. I figured it out. It was Workshop Agreement, for the Steam account that I use for workshop items, that needed to be accepted.
