Steam Date Format: remove US date format MM/DD/YYYX and change to DD/MM/YYYY

Dear All,
is there any way to get rid of the US date format in steam? After reading a few dates im ending up with headache as US dates always have the month first.
US: MM/DD/YYYX , Others: DD/MM/YYYY

This. Very much this. This format is unambiguous, this format is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ international standard and it got a coupleore advantages once you start actually working with it.

Please the ISO date/time Format!
