Help to determine if my computer will play Ark Survival Ascended

Good morning. I purchased this game and thought I have the appropriate graphics and such, but the game is really choppy. I make to move my character and it takes several seconds to actually move. I have turned the game settings to low on everything and it still is super choppy. I am playing on laptop. My equipment is:

Graphics: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510 U CPU 1.8Gh
Processor (i think it's called that): NVIDIA GeForce Mx250

Are these too low for this game?
If they are not, are there any tips to improve game play?

( pc user has always been like this you need to know own pc spec and could read them cover back game requirements. ) problem is its online today. and thats why such page is made to help better..

That videochip is woefully underpowered.

This is in comparison to the minimum GTX1080 as listed in the system requirements.

Not even remotely close.

While the CPU kinda fares better, it still is below minimum requirements and has less cores than the 6800K.
