How to report scam?

Hello guys. Does anybody know how can I contact Steam directly to report a scam? I checked the steam help section but without any success. Thanks

The case is that instead of game key I got from seller credentials to some Steam account where the game should be installed... So I cannot report it via the profile

Then stop using unauthorized resellers known to scam their customers. Charge back your money.
That account is most likely stolen anyway.
