Cannot add/download maplestory on steam (no licenses error)

No matter what i do, even tried changing account, i cannot download or add maplestory to library due to not have licenses?? for a free to play game. I can't contact through steam support because the game isn't in library and i don't know what to do

Everything here dont seem to add up, i cant say with what, most here will agree on dl is one thing , run it is another or have rights to do it.


Could game have region lock issue , i dont know,. but if you are not from US such could be a case it is a american product, but you need help from that game own forum you can enter it from store page afaik. i also do that with title i dont own, and try read on dlc extra or pack sell informations, sometimes its the only way to understand what the diffrent packs is about.

You need help from that gamers own forum.

You need to learn go though support at store page also, its all there. and now you can ask other gamers that has the game maybe they know better then i do or we do here, yuo most be lucky if a helper here have played or know what thats about.

People have been posting issues about no license with family share games recently. I'd suggest contacting support if you can't even add the game to the library with that error.

I can't even summit a support ticket because the game isn't in the library
